ORDER & PAYMENT:

After completing your order, you will not be required to pay right away. Select the payment method "Wholesale order" (below PayPal) to check out and bypass the payment.
We will email you with your first invoice, including shipping fees and 50% payable to start production.

You will receive your second invoice (balance invoice) through email when your order is about to be ready. We will require the balance payment before shipping.

We accept bank transfers on our Indonesian bank account (in rupiah or USD) – and PayPal (either through your PayPal account or via credit card).
Please note that any additional fees (bank transfer, or PayPal) will be at your charge. Therefore, Kindly mention to your bank any options to warranty the full amount on the invoice.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

From 2 weeks up to 6 weeks, depending on quantities and designs selected.
After receiving your order, we will be able to inform you when it will be available to ship.
Your order will be shipped via "DHL express". When your parcel has left the studio, an email will be sent with your tracking details, enable you to follow your package.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS:

We're very careful with our production & control every piece with care.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
If unfortunately, you received faulty pieces, contact us at hello@leeloobird.com. Within 14 days of receipt, attached pictures for us to assess the problem, and we will compensate accordingly.
LeeLoo Bird will not compensate for any mishandled items or items damaged during shipment. Please note that we will not cover any return shipment fee.

SERVICE & REPAIRS:

Our jewelry is covered by 6 months warranty.
Contact us with the photographies of the jewel attached so that we could evaluate if it's faulty.
We may repair the piece or offer credit for a future order but the jewel must be returned to us. Please note, that return shipping fee are at your cost. LeeLoo bird will cover only the shipment back.


If breakage occurs to a sold piece, you may contact us, attaching pictures to your email. We will help assess the problem, and issue a refund if necessary.
We shall not be liable to you as to the condition of storage, use, mishandled items, maintenance.
LeeLoo bird will not accept any request from your direct client.

After the warranty has expired, they may be a charge for servicing & repairs. We do try to keep repair costs to a minimum.

DISPLAY & STORAGE:

We aspire to offer you unique and refined pieces that need some care.
We are strongly recommending storing LeeLoo bird pieces in a covered display to maintain the quality of the jewelry. Keep pieces, not displayed, stored in the anti-tarnish plastic bag we provided. It will keep them looking great for longer.

You are responsible for the care of your goods. Please refer to our "Love & Care" instructions on the website or our booklet. We suggest also give access to this information to your clients.

EXCLUSIVITY:

For our regular stockists to maintain a level of exclusivity within their geographical area, we work on a case-by-case basis to ensure there are no conflicts of interest with new LeeLoo Bird stockists.
We reserve the right to supply multiple new stockists that are a reasonable distance apart from each other.
Exclusivity will lapse if an order has not been placed for a period of six months to one year.

FEEDBACK & SOCIAL MEDIAS:

We love feedback... it helps us grow and improve our products so we can give our stockists and customers what they love. 
We will be asking for some pictures of your display, also using your social media for feeds. This will also help us promote you.
