Shipping
For any destinations in the world, your order will be shipped via “DHL express” or "FEDEX".
When your parcel has left the studio, an email will be sent with your tracking details, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. However some orders will take 4-5 days to process.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day.
All LeeLoo Bird orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers must therefore provide an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

Depending on the country's laws, some orders may (or not) incur a customs fee.
LeeLooBird has no control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on each country's regulations.
LeeLooBird can not be held responsible for them and will not process refunds on returning parcels refused or abandoned by the customer.
