WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Even though we’re very careful with our production & quality control every piece with care, we have to face some little adjustments sometimes.
Our jewelry is handmade, and some “beauty spots” as we like to call it, only add a unique character to your piece.
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. LeeLoo Bird jewelry is delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care card that is enclosed with your order.
WARRANTY
For peace of mind, LeeLoo Bird jewelry purchases come with a 4 months warranty.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.
We require photographic evidence and detailed explanation in order to identify if there’s a factory fault on product or if the piece have been mishandled.
Once the item has been proven to be faulty, we will then offer a repair or replacement. The cost of shipping for return is your responsibility, LeeLoo Bird will only cover the cost of shipping back.
This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewelry, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.

Repairs required after the warranty has expired, is considered a result of general wear and tear.
There will be a charge for servicing that we do keep to a minimum for our customers. You will be asked for confirmation with this amount to go ahead with the repair.
The servicing piece will then need to be returned to us, please note that shipping fees both ways is your responsibility.
” I NEED TO RE-PLATE MY JEWELRY… “
Sure… We can re-plate your LeeLoo Bird jewelry for you.
Details of the item will be asked to evaluate the cost of gold on it. We do charge the minimum for any services with our customers. You will be asked confirmation with this amount to go ahead with the service.
The servicing piece will then need to be returned to us, please note that shipping fees both ways is your responsibility.
