We want you to love your LeeLoo Bird jewelry! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we gladly offer you a refund.
LeeLoo Bird only accepts exchanges for rings and if the customer requires another size in the same style. For all other purchases, we will process a refund.

Please note:

  • Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Any purchases made through LeeLoo Bird must be returned to the address below within 15 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund or ring size exchange. Any item returned after the stated time period will be refused.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.
  • We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
  • Items must be returned in their original LeeLoo Bird packaging, undamaged, unworn and properly secured. Therefore, please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
  • LeeLoo Bird does not offer free returns for ring size exchanges. A postage fee of 15 $ USD will be charged.
  • LeeLoo Bird cannot refund: paypal fees, delivery cost, or any international tax or duties paid.

If your return does not adhere to any of the above, LeeLooBird will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer’s expense.
Otherwise, the refund will be processed on your Paypal account or Credit Card
